ARTICLE 1 — SCOPE
These Terms and Conditions govern all sales of digital and physical products made by Tropicside SASU (Cozy Tropics brand) via:

The Cozy Tropics Etsy shop
Any other sales channel of the brad Cozy Tropics operated by Tropicside SASU
Any purchase implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
ARTICLE 2 — PRODUCTS
2.1 Digital products
Our digital products include:
Coloring pages (instant download)
Digital journals and planners (PDF)
Patterns and digital illustrations
Coloring books on Amazon KDP
Files are provided in PDF format at 300 dpi, in different sizes.
ARTICLE 3 — PRICING
All prices are displayed in euros (€) including all taxes (VAT included).
Tropicside SASU reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable price is the one shown at the time of purchase.
For purchases made via Etsy, Etsy service fees may be added to the displayed price depending on the buyer's location.
ARTICLE 4 — ORDER AND PAYMENT

An order confirmation email is sent automatically after each purchase.
ARTICLE 5 — DELIVERY
5.1 Digital products
Files are available for immediate download after payment confirmation, 24h/7.
No refund will be issued.
However, if you experience a technical issue (corrupted file, wrong file delivered), please contact hello@cozytropics.com and we will resolve it promptly at no additional cost.
ARTICLE 6 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS
6.1 Digital products
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on an intangible medium once execution has begun with the consumer's prior agreement.
All digital product sales are therefore final and non-refundable once the download has been initiated.
However, in the event of a proven technical issue (corrupted file, wrong file delivered), a replacement solution will be provided promptly at no additional cost. Please contact hello@cozytropics.com
ARTICLE 7 — LICENSE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 Personal use
Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all Cozy Tropics products are sold for strictly personal and non-commercial use only.
The buyer is authorized to:
Print the files for personal use
Keep the files on personal devices indefinitely
Gift personal prints free of charge in a private context (family or friends)
Share colored creations on social media by tagging @cozytropicsstudio
The buyer is not authorized to:
Resell, share or redistribute the files
Use the illustrations for commercial purposes (merchandise, print-on-demand, etc.)
Modify and resell or redistribute the illustrations
Upload the files to sharing or download platforms

ARTICLE 8 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All illustrations, graphic creations and content offered by Cozy Tropics are original works protected by French and international copyright law.

Any unauthorized reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written agreement from Tropicside SASU.
Any unauthorized use of the site or its contents will be considered an infringement and pursued in accordance with Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
ARTICLE 9 — LIABILITY
Tropicside SASU shall not be held liable for:
Improper use of files by the buyer
Printing issues related to the buyer's equipment or settings
Any indirect damage related to the use of the products
ARTICLE 10 — DATA PROTECTION
The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, accessible from the website footer.
ARTICLE 11 — DISPUTES
In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first.
Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of Tropicside SASU's registered office, in accordance with French law.

ARTICLE 12 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
The language of the contract is English, however French law applies in all cases.
